Yesterday our 1st XV Rugby Team travelled to Taupo to play against Taupo-nui-a-Tia College in the first round of the newly formed Chiefs Wahine 1st XV Rugby competition.

It was a convincing 54-24 win, with plenty of great tries by our team.

For some players, it was their first game in the SHGC jersey and we are very proud of their efforts!

Still, there are a number of areas to improve on. It is going to be a challenging game at home next week against @sacredheartgirlscollege SHGC New Plymouth (25 May, 1pm at Steel Park), so get along and support our girls.
