The combined SHGC/SJC Concert Band (Sacred Saints) travelled to the Hawkes Bay Festival of Music in the weekend to compete. They were awarded a coveted SILVER medal and the crew has an amazing time. Director Stewart Stanbridge and TIC Music Lynn Jamieson were incredibly proud of their performance and high standard of behaviour on the trip. They will performing at a Mayoral function on Wednesday this week, The Arts Showcase next week and then you can catch them at The Band and Orchestra Festival in Term 3.
