Aylish Waldron, Year 13, represented the College at the recent United Nations Waikato Region Speech Contest. The topic was “How should we balance climate change issues versus economic growth in New Zealand. Are they mutually exclusive?”

From a field of strong speakers, Aylish was announced the winner and will represent Waikato at the National final in Wellington on 18th May.  We congratulate Aylish on winning the regional competition with her well-researched and presented speech. We also wish her well in the National competition.
