We are having a non-uniform day on the last day of school this term. It is to help Caritas Aotearoa raise funds for Kristus Raja School in West Papua.
They are still heavily impacted by Covid-19 and in lockdown, which is causing significant hardships for their learning. Students have been in lockdown since March last year!
As internet/devices aren’t readily available, it makes it even harder for the students to learn.
Money raised will go towards rebuilding the school, getting new learning resources and furniture and fixing bathrooms.
The theme is “Lockdown Comfort Clothes” so come dressed in your comfortable gear
The donation is a GOLD COIN. You can wear your uniform if you want and still donate, however if you choose to wear something other than your uniform, make sure you have your donation!
