Sacred Heart Girls Rowing is looking for a Lead Rowing Coach to join its team for the 2023/24 season. The lead Coach will be in charge of the SHGC rowing squad with the direction from the Hamilton Rowing Club Schools Head Coach. Coaching experience is required and Management skills are essential. The successful candidate will enjoy working with great athletes from SHGC across all ages. If you are a coach who is;
• VIBRANT – Full of energy and enthusiasm. The one to lift spirits in the good and bad.
• ADAPTIVE – Willing to try new training methods and adapt to changing plans.
• COLLABORATIVE – Willing to work with other coaches for the better of the athlete and the club.

Remuneration based on experience.
