Whānau Welcome Barbeque 2017

On 21 February (Tuesday) a BBQ is being hosted by the school and PTFA from 5.30 – 7.30 pm.

Our school PTFA will kindly provide sausages, bread, onions and sauce. Families are asked to bring a salad to share, own drinks, cutlery and a rug to sit on. There will be a few tables set up at the front of school (entry from Clyde Street) where salads can be placed. There will also be a coffee cart at school, where you will be able to purchase hot drinks.

The event will begin in the hall (entry into hall is from Firth St and Clyde St) with a welcome from Miss Gunn (Principal) followed by a range of activities including an opportunity to meet your daughter’s CCM companion and some of the teachers that she will be taught by this year.

This is an informal opportunity to meet and mingle and learn about the College. Peer Support leaders will be carrying out a number of activities and games for you to get involved. We do appreciate putting this event into your diary and making time to meet with our teaching staff and for allowing us to meet with you.

In case of poor weather, the event will be held indoors.
