  • Tuition fees cover all tuition, including English language classes, as well as basic stationery items. 
  • Administration fees include enrolment and administration costs. 
  • Pastoral care includes 24/7 pastoral care. 
  • Homestay costs  $320 per week (2024) $350 per week (2025) 

School uniform

Uniform details can be found here.  A complete, new uniform will cost about $750. Students who move from year 12 to 13 will need a new skirt, shirts and a tie – approx $250.

We have limited (secondhand) uniforms for hire – ($200 per term) 
If you are with us for a short time, you may wear your own school uniform, so long as it is tidy.

Additional costs may include: 

  • Insurance (per annum) $750 – we arrange our insurance through Uni-Care. 
  • Prepaid expenses/contingency fund (per annum) $1500 – this fund covers specialised stationery, trips, sports and club fees, music lessons and equipment hire. Students involved in several groups or activities may need to top up their fund throughout the year. Any unused portion is refunded at the end of the student’s time at our school. 
  • Government Levy (per annum) $450 – $120 per term. 
  • Compulsory camp fee $400 – part of Prepaid expenses/contingency fund. 
  • Uniform purchase (a one-off cost) $750 – for a new uniform. Students must purchase their own footwear. 
  • Uniform hire (per term) $200 – a few second-hand items are available – please enquire.
  • Airport shuttle (per return trip from/to Auckland Airport) $350 – $450– depending on time of day/night and the location of the homestay.
  • External exam fees – NCEA (National Certificate of Educational Achievement) fees or other examination fees.
  • Homestay placement fee (per enrolment) $150 
  • Homestay change fee (per instance) $150 – this additional fee may be charged if a student wishes to change their homestay. 
  • Leaver’s documentation fee $150 
  • Pocket money – we suggest no more than $50 a week. We do not hold pocket money for students.
