Additional Information:
- Government Levy (per annum) $450 – $120 per term.
- Uniform Hire (per term) $200 – a few second-hand items are available – please enquire.
- Airport Shuttle (per return trip from/to Auckland Airport)
$350 – $450 depending on the time of day/night and the location of the homestay. - Compulsory Camp Discovery Fee $450 – part of Contingency Fund.
- External Exam Fees – NCEA (National Certificate of Educational Achievement) fees ($385 pa) or other examination fees.
- Homestay Change Fee (per instance) $150 – this additional fee may be charged if a student wishes to change their homestay.
- Leaver’s Documentation Fee – $150
- Pocket Money – we suggest no more than $50 a week. We do not hold pocket money for students.
- Costs are in (NZD) New Zealand dollars and GST inclusive.
- Per annum costs are adjusted for the time the student is enrolled.
2025 Term Dates
- Term 1: Monday 27 January to Friday 11 April
- Term 2: Monday 28 April to Friday 27 June
- Term 3: Monday 14 July to Friday 19 September
- Term 4: Monday 6 October to Friday 5 December
2026 Term Dates
- Term 1: Friday 30 January to Thursday 2 April
- Term 2: Monday 20 April to Friday 3 July
- Term 3: Monday 20 July to Friday 25 September
- Term 4: Monday 12 October to Friday 11 December
- Students are expected to attend orientation before school starts.
- Students enrolled for one term may wear their own school uniform so long as it is neat and tidy.
- Subject choices for short-term students may be limited due to class sizes.
- Some parents may wish to have a local Guardian appointed to interpret when necessary. This is an additional cost and is not a requirement.
Payments:
- The preferred method of payment is by bank transfer.
- Please reference your student’s name and ID number as noted on the invoice.
- A credit card fee of 2% applies to payments over $500.
- We cannot accept cash payments over NZ$500.

School uniform
Uniform details can be found here. A complete, new uniform will cost about $750.
We have limited (secondhand) uniforms for hire – ($200 per term) If you are with us for a short time, you may wear your own school uniform, so long as it is tidy.
