Our culture of care ensures that every student is welcomed into a caring, supportive and safe environment. The international team members and other school staff (CCM teachers, Deans, and Guidance Counsellors) provide excellent support to our international students to ensure their health and wellbeing. We are all here to help.
International students meet regularly with the Director to monitor their progress and help plan pathways so they are clear what they want to achieve while at our school and beyond.
New Zealand has a range of regulations to support international students, in particular a Code of Practice for the pastoral care of international students. It provides schools with a framework to care for and support students – to ensure your daughter lives in a safe environment and has positive experiences that support her educational achievements.
There is also an International Student Contract Dispute Resolution Scheme (DRS) which provides a free, fast and effective process for students to resolve any contractual and financial disputes with education providers. See here for more details.
