Enrolment Procedure

Student Enrolment

Thank you for your interest in enrolling your daughter to attend Sacred Heart Girls’ College. Enrolments are now open for 2021. Please note, that Overseas (fee-paying) student enrolment information can be found here.

Before commencing the application process please read our Enrolment Policy as it includes important information.

Please submit the application as soon as possible to enable prompt processing and advice.

Please follow these steps to prepare for and complete the application:

STEP 1: Ensure you have the following relevant attachments (scan or photo READY BEFORE completing the application as you will be required to upload them:

  • Student’s Birth Certificate or Passport
  • Preference Card (if applicable)
  • Relevant Visa evidence if your daughter was born overseas
  • Legal documents, eg. Parenting Order (if applicable)
  • Immunisation Certificate (if available)

When saving the attachments please save each file as: your daughter’s last name_file name, eg. Smith_Passport.

Step 2: You may now complete the Enrolment Application.
PLEASE COMPLETE ALL SECTIONS. To save your application and return to it later, complete all the ‘Required Fields’, scroll to the bottom and tick ‘Remember me on this Computer’. Return to the same computer and browser, and choose ‘Update Existing Application’.

Step 3: UPLOAD all required documentation. Please include a note in the ‘School Questions’ section or email hearts@shgcham.school.nz to let us know if you need to provide any documents at a later date.

Step 4: SUBMIT the application. We will endeavour to confirm receipt of your application within 2 working days. Applications received by 3rd July will be processed by the end of July. In Term 3 we will undertake Transition Meetings with our new families to discuss how we can support your daughter to grow and develop as a young women of faith, hope and justice.
