  5 Aug 2024 – In July, our SHGC teams from Netball, Football, Hockey, and the Sevens embarked on an exciting 8-day Sports Tour to Brisbane. The trip was a tremendous success, filled with competitive challenges, valuable experiences, and fun!

  Cupcake Mania at the Culinary Fare

  5 Aug 2024 – Last term, a group of Level 1 & 2 students ventured off to the Culinary Fare, Waikato’s leading culinary competition, with cupcakes in hand, bring home some wonderful results!

  28 Jul 2024 – We’re beyond proud of our swimmers who competed at the NZ Secondary Schools Swimming Championships in Auckland at the end of July.

  Dance Camp 2024

  13 Jun 2024 – Over three action-packed days, our talented senior dance students spent full days in Auckland learning new styles of dance from esteemed choreographers and bonded over shared passions and new adventures.

  Heart Attack Barbershop Chorus Regional Champions

  10 Jun 2024 – Heart Attack Barbershop Chorus announced upper voice champions at the Waikato/Bay of Plenty Young Singers in Harmony on June 10.

  Mission Cup Te Toa Shield Tournament 2024

  7 Jun 2024 – The Mission Cup (Netball) Te Toa Shield (Hockey) Tournament is a highly anticipated event on our college’s annual calendar, eagerly awaited by students and staff alike. This year, our Kura hosted our sister schools.

  30 May 2024 – As a country, we’re seeing increasing amounts of less-than-ideal conduct from spectators on the sidelines at Saturday sports. However, amidst these challenges, we’re thrilled to highlight the commendable efforts of our outstanding Sacred Heart Netball Committee.

  13 May 2024 – The BP Challenge was held in the Hall at the beginning of the month. A vibrant three-day workshop powered by the fantastic team of Ian Musson and Paul Newsom from the YES organisation (Young Enterprises Scheme). It is tailored for our Level 1 Commerce students.
