We are pleased to offer an on-site Physiotherapy service for our students and staff in partnership with Active Health. The service commences Tuesday 28th February, 2023.

The Physio Room is open Tuesdays and Fridays, 9am-12 noon, during term time. The treatment room is located next to the Fitness Centre, entry Gym 2 Foyer.

To arrange an appointment:

Complete the Consent Form. Students must obtain signed consent from their parent/caregiver before treatment can commence to ensure everyone is aware of the applicable charges. The consent form can be picked up outside The Physio Room, Sports Office or at the Student Centre. It can also be downloaded here.

Book an Appointment.  Simply take a photo of the QR code on the Consent Form and you’ll be directed to the online booking site. You can also find the link to book online here. Information on how to make an online booking can be found here along with the answers to questions you may have.

Ensure your daughter takes the signed form to her appointment. Without it, she will not be able to have her initial treatment.

Costs: There is no ACC surcharge for the initial appointment, but a fee of $20 will apply for follow-up appointments. If you are not sure if it is ACC or private, call the Clinic below to assist you. Additional charges may also apply for materials, eg. tape.

Payment: This is due at time of treatment (cash or bank deposit) unless otherwise arranged. A $10 account fee may apply.
