Junior Curriculum
Year 9
In year 9 students can experience the curriculum for Languages, The Arts, and Technology, via our “taster” courses.
Languages
After the “taster”, students will choose a language (or ESL or Literacy Extension) to learn from mid Term 2 and continue that option throughout Year 10.
The Arts and Technology
In Term 1, students will experience all the strands (subjects) we offer, as a “taster” with a view to choosing one Arts and one Technology strand for Term 2. Throughout Terms 3 and 4, students will undertake more specialist study and work on a collaboration project across both Technology and Arts.
