Are you professionally ambitious? Do you have the capacity to lead change through innovation, collaboration and robust professional dialogue and discussion? Then this could be the ideal position for you and our leadership team.

As a value-driven Team, we are seeking to appoint a progressive pedagogical leader and learner, who reflects on their purpose and practice and who acknowledges the challenges of the modern world and uses them as a lens for their work with young people and colleagues. Therefore, our preferred applicant must be able to demonstrate a sound, evidence-based understanding of effective pedagogy, contemporary curriculum design and pastoral care, in our Catholic context.

The capacity to grow leadership capability in others, companion our colleagues towards our vision for learning and influence meaningful and sustainable change is essential.

Our Deputy Principals are leaders of learning: they lead themselves, others and change. Our Senior Leadership Team reflects the diversity of thinking, skills, knowledge and experience. So, if you aspire to lead change, are dynamic, resilient and considerate of others, then we welcome an application from you.

A genuine commitment to the support of our Catholic Character, along with its strong Mission Charism and co-curricular life, is essential, and a condition of appointment. The successful applicant, therefore, will be able to demonstrate that they have the capability to assist in planning and organising learning programs at the school to ensure they reflect our Catholic Character and Mission Charism.
